At Novus Signs, we emphasize the importance of our clients thoroughly reviewing and approving all designs before production. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all text, graphics, and details are accurate prior to approval. Once a design is approved, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Poor Finishing: If the final product has defects in its craftsmanship or finishing.
- Improper Installation: If the installation of the product was not performed correctly.
